SHIPPING COSTS:

Shipping costs for the Iberian Peninsula and Portugal are free for all orders over € 100. For orders of a lower amount, the shipping cost is € 5.00 including VAT. For the Balearic Islands, shipping is free from € 150 purchase, for orders of a lower amount, the cost is € 9.00.

* Special taxes, duties or any other special amount not included and will be paid by the buyer.

SHIPPING TO SPAIN AND PORTUGAL:

Shipping by express courier delivery service in 24-72 business hours after shipment to the Iberian Peninsula and Portugal.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, it will be 3-4 business days after shipment.

For large volume orders, please contact us in advance to specify the delivery date.

No shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

SHIPMENTS TO THE EUROPEAN UNION:

We ship to the following EU countries via standard express courier with shipping insurance included. In most cases, shipments are delivered in 4-8 business days from Monday to Friday. Below we indicate the shipping costs for each country:

Germany, France: € 20 – free shipping from € 200 purchase, maximum shipping weight 40kg.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic: € 25 – free shipping from € 300 purchase, maximum shipping weight 40kg.

Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovak Republic, Romania, Sweden: € 40 – free shipping from € 400 purchase, maximum shipping weight 40kg.

SHIPPING:

Once the purchase is made, the products will be managed in the shortest possible time taking into account availability. In the vast majority of articles, we have stock for immediate shipment. Otherwise, you will be informed by e-mail of the approximate time of receipt / shipment.

All orders will be sent in 24-72 hours unless another term is indicated in the product detail. From the day of shipment, they will be delivered within 24 hours for the Iberian Peninsula and within 24-72 hours for the Balearic Islands from Monday to Friday. RETURNS:

All our products are sent perfectly packed and protected, so they should arrive in optimal conditions. In the event that you detect any problem with the packaging such as bumps or breakages upon receipt of the shipment, please state this circumstance in the acknowledgment of receipt from the transport agency. In the event that these circumstances are not stated, the return will not be possible.

RETURNS OF HAMS:

All the hams and shoulders that can be purchased in our online store are guaranteed. Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

1.Bad smell once the product has been started.
2.Excessive amount of fat. For Iberian products, a fat percentage of 40-50% of the total weight is considered normal.
3.Once started, returns will not be accepted if the difference in weight is more than 10% of the total initial weight.
4.For their correct return, they must keep the original packaging and wrapping.

Returns will not be accepted for any other reason such as, point of cure, point of salt, image of the product, etc. If you have preferences about the cure point, please indicate it in the comments of the order.

RETURNS OF THE REST OF PRODUCTS:

All our products are of the highest quality / price and are equally guaranteed. Returns will be accepted in case the product gives off a bad smell or bad general condition; Products that are not to the customer’s liking due to image or aesthetics will not be accepted as returns.
